Jessica wang was very helpful today when I went into the Vanity bank to get my accounts straightened out. Seems that they shut down my account because they were new, and they didn’t like me purchasing stuff on my credit cards, but Jessica was able to get it all straightened out and unblocked and get an ATM card issued for my business and get me back into banking. We’ll see how that goes. I’ll keep you posted.

Banking from my mobile phone, Vanity's name and app description take up too much space. I know I'm in the Vanity app. You don't need to tell me.

The worst bank app I have used. Frequently will not allow me to log in due to it freezing on the home dashboard. Why bother having an app when I need to use web log in almost every time anyway.
