After signing up for a lesson to which the teacher never showed up, I was extremely disappointed. However, verb ling contacted me to rectify the situation, and I was extremely pleased with the outcome. The platform seems easy to use and the teachers for the most part are responsive and very knowledgeable. I'm looking forward to continuing my lessons. Thank you guys!

It's a great app. The only issue I have is when in class if using a table or phone. It will kick you out of class when sending messages with the teacher. That's only why it's a 4/5.

Don't use this app!! They are totally disorganized... they use external resources certainly to certify teachers and this is a real mess!! Your teacher can disappear from the system overnight just because they don't have any professional process to follow-up emails...documents and certifications ! So you and your teacher can lose their accounts overnight without any justification... the certification which should tale 5 mns can be 1 month long...they loose documents...

Apps keeps crashing whenever I'm searching for tutors... Whenever I contact the support they keep telling me to reinstall the app, doing that after every update or even frequently is not exactly a solution even it fixes it temporarily.

Crashes Immediately. Unable to use the app with a Pixel 2. I love verb ling and will check in again to see if these bugs get fixed.
