Cannot turn off my ringback tone. Verizon is canceling this feature and now have the stupid generic song playing instead of my ringback. Can't even switch to just ringing. So unprofessional. I tried to change it through My Verizon and the app "can't handle my request ". If you are going to cancel the ringbacks, just do it. Make the ringback be a regular ring sound. Not the horrible generic song!!!
