1st, for what viasat charges for Internet service, the features this app are supposed to provide should be included. 2nd, the app quit working after only a couple of weeks. Does not recognize connected devices, including the one I'm connected with and using now. Shows a device connected that is 30 miles away. Forced stop then restarted, cleared data and cache, restarted device, rebooted modem, even uninstalled and reinstalled app-still not working. Time to "downgrade" and cancel shield "service."

Used to like it. Then had issues with my signal and my router was changed now the viasat shield app no longer shows connected devices and won't allow me to pause devices.
