I've been directed to install this app to get urgent out of hours advice for my cat, and it won't let me log in! I'm already worried about my cat, and now I'm being held up from getting help for her by yet another thing being replaced or gate kept by APPS!!! This is ridiculous!

Nice idea but im not a vet so asking me to do the things to my pet that your meant to be doing is not right, I can't do what they ask me to do because im not a vet, so my pet suffers and so do I still, pointless I need a vet to look at my pet not words
