Could use some updating as we cant respond to emails through it. If you text a customer through the app, it wont show the conversation on the desktop version all the time.

Needs a complete redesign. Likely works well on the android 4.x devices it was made for. Crashes constantly for anything newer. Has to be force closed every so often and hard-locks when uploading vehicle photos. This app cannot survive any longer in 2018 and beyond if left as-is.

This app constantly get in the way of completing a deal on time. It crashes on the lot when putting a new customer in the system and it is horrible if you want to reply to a leads email as it will not let you open the customers response on your phone you can only do that at a desktop

Keeps crashing and has garbled information when searching for customers. Says I have replies and when I click on it there is nothing there. Logs you out and asks for a password. If you close it and reopen, it logs you in without a password. Constantly closing with an error notification...... "Unfortunately, Vinconnect has stopped". If you get a lead, you have to jump through a lot of hoops to piece together all of the lead info. Update: Still crashing, The new version is worse than the old version Update: Stopped crashing but now erases my settings constantly
