Seems to work very well. I've used this app a few times to order a VIP taxi by card. VIP send me text messages with taxi color, model, plate no, etc., and an updating map of where the taxi is on its way to me.

I booked a taxi day before and taxi never showed up. I've rung the company 15 minutes after agreed time only to hear" we don't have any taxi for you at the moment. Not reliable! Extremely unprofessional!
