tried web based to register an acct, couldn't add number. therefore turn to app but it doesn't work too. no call or text can be make out. beware this could be a fake service out to collect users data

I have been able to log in and the phone rings but I can't accept any call : button accept doesn't respond but decline responds correcly. Please help. I cant' install the desktop app on windows : it requests to install a new release but still it doesn't work after several temptates
