The app is hopeless. So painful to use, buggy and constantly requiring log in. but the service and Dr's are great. I wouldn't use this privately, but am lucky enough to have access via work funded scheme

Unbelievable how vitality is bad with technology... I tested the camera and microphone through the app, everything was working, but after waiting my consultant, it did not work, and they just ask to install the app again and reschedule... so frustrating...
