Took a bit to get things setup on our new fan with voice control/Alexa, but so far it's been working just fine. Couple of things that would be nice: the ability to change the wake word to match every other Alexa device we have (family member named Alexa, so we needed to use a different wake word to prevent confusion - and consistency makes things easier instead of different wake words), and support for Alexa+ (which is more on the Amazon side I think). Been happy so far otherwise.

Horrible experience. I Will NEVER buy any Groan product again. Thought I installed a new bath fan that would hook up to alexa as advertised. Feel robbed. Can't get Alexa to work. Can't play music at all. Paid for a smart fan and got my grandma's bath fan.

This bathroom fan/light is absolute trash! It's basically an Alexa dot if it actually works. Once programmed. Loss of power is a hassle to set up again. Then you get to the point it never works again. Since new. It maybe worked 4 times. Total waste of money.
