These things are junk. I bought three of them because I have three diesel vehicles, and they are a pain on the neck to program, and once programmed, they keep disconnecting from my Wi-Fi network. I don't know what is the deal with them but my wireless router is about 35 feet from them, and they still disconnect, and the worst part is that when they disconnect they forget their schedule. What's the point of having these plugs if you don't really know if they are working as scheduled. I hate them!!!

Very rudimentary. Doesn't work well below -35c. You have to reset the timer every time you plug in. Very frustrating with two vehicles as the person plugging in gets both vehicles on their app. App useless so we both uninstalled it. If you have multiple users and plugs don't install app. You'll just be super frustrated.
Each subscription will automatically renew 3 days before the expiration date for
the same time period. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the renewal.
