The most annoying, inconvenient, useless app I have ever used in my entire lifetime, you have to physically visit a KCB branch to reset your damn pin, app is completely unable to work over Wi-fi, plus I thought the pin you use in your kcb app is the same you use in your vooma account, but that's just a bunch of rumors would give it zero stars if was possible, never advertise this thing to me ever again

I was going to buy a token of 50ksh then I realized transaction fee for the token is 36ksh what really 🤔 guess I will stick with my Mesa app or safari com app for free transaction when I buy token...also I was encouraged to use vooma services to get loan requirements, if that's the case then this is a ripoff big time. Why should I give you, and you can't give me... sometimes I ask myself all this time I have been banking with you what is my benefits? For even a simple mobile loan you deny.
