The app itself looks good. But for me the most important thing is to be able to add my "Jahres-Ticket Gang Tirol", so I do not have to carry it with me. It only offers me the option to buy it. But I already have one!

The app works well, you can buy local public transport tickets. It's a bit annoying you have to input your credit card details every time you purchase a ticket: for a bus ride to the next village and back I bought two tickets of €2.60 each. It's a bit too many steps for such a small amount, but still better than carrying cash around :)

App logs you out after the latest update - meaning you suddenly DON'T HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR KLIMATICKET ANYMORE, without any warning. This is an unacceptable breaking change for an app people rely on for showing their tickets (and risking a fine if they can't). If I can't rely on this working, your entire app becomes useless since I have to carry the physical ticket as backup anyway.

Finding connections and buying tickets works. Problem is: neither are all stops in the database, nor does it find the right (read: with the correct price) ticket. For connections which are partly covered in an existing timed ticket, it tries to get you to buy a ticket for the whole route (and tells you in fine print "Discounts considered: none" - why not?).

This app is a twice daily drain on my will to live, a vampire which feeds on my time and soul. Can I simply but a ticket? No. I must enter exactly which route I wish to take. I must then open and force close the app every time I want to buy a ticket because the app doesn't load the up-to-date journey times. Then if less than a minute until the scheduled time, one must force the app to show you the last hours worth of journey times, but then the bus never comes on time, so it doesn't matter anyway
