★★★★★ Unable to use Vystar banking app. I can log into account, but I cannot use card control. Card controls allows more security. I can turn use of my card on and off, however, this phone will not allow it. I keep getting this error message: Update your device settings to enable Verify Apps, a Google utility used to secure your device. I am unable to pay my bills or make any purchases.

★★★★★ I used to utilize this app a few times each month to make account transfers and mobile deposits, however, since the latest update (Aug 2021), the app freezes when I try to select the account to transfer to/from or deposit to. I called the 800 number for assistance and they told me I could deposit via ATM, drive thru teller, or in the lobby. I rarely use the app now since the main purposes I need it won't function. Is there an update for the app in the works to address this issue?

★★☆☆☆ This app will NOT open on Android (8.1.0). I see a quick flash of a message that indicates they want to enable notifications and then the screen disappears. (BTW - the notifications are enabled in settings.) This is not a one-off. I am also unable to get their VYSTAR CARD CONTROL APP to connect. I just get the message "Your financial institution server could not be reached." Like the mobile app, this was also previously working. Both apps have been uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. FUN FACT: I am also unable to download my monthly statements through the web app. Nor could I do that when the mobile app was at least opening. I am also unable to externally transfer funds to one of my other financial institutions, although my NAVY FEDERAL transfers to that institution work as expected. I have been going back and forth with both customer and technical support for well over a year, and was led to believe that the 2022 system update may fix some of my issues (billing statements, external transfers). VERDICT: Absolute garbage, for both mobile apps, the web app and customer service! I've been a customer with VYSTAR for over 35 years, and the only thing keeping me there is my credit card. However, I think that will be changing when I return to Florida this Spring.

★★☆☆☆ Before I would use this to check my funds... Now I can't even log in from my phone using my fingerprint... Tells me to log in from regular username and password... When I do that, it doesn't work as well... Too many bugs too many issues... Willing to change review upon fixing bugs/errors... This app saved me before now it's ruining everything especially now that I am abroad... Updated review I uninstalled this app and redownloaded it still craahes and doesnt work... 0 stars
