Difficult to use, update does not work. Have to use old icon, then open via Play Store every time.

I've been with WaFd for 25 years, this is the third time large payments do not show up right away; not even as "pending"! $300 paid and received by the company days ago not even showing up as Pending makes me mad. I called the bank, and they said it was there and that it was the app not keeping up; now what?
