The washing machines are great and very convenient, and the app is useful to tell you where your closest machines are. When you first register you get a discount code - single use - but beyond that the app doesn't really link you to the washing machine you're using. Reward for giving details only, maybe. What would be really useful is to be able to see if your favorite machine is empty before walking to it. Don't need the app to get a text when washing is ready.

The app is in French. I'm in England. No option to change language. No prices displayed on how much it is to wash. Had to go to a traditional launderette.

The app gives information on location of Wash Me facilities and nothing else. It does not allow you to operate the machine from the app or see how much time you gave left etc. It might do for Washing but not for Drying only. Expected it to operate like a parking app. It doesn't.
