At ny apartment complex, they switched from Pay Range to H Wash Mobile and I just wish I could get the balance from my pay range and apply it to H wash. I really need to wash my clothes and don't have any money for it at all. Not for a while anyway. I'm so jealous of the people washing their clothes right now. Plus I wish this new app would have come with new washing machines that actually wash my clothes or even just get them wet! Lol. Owell!😉

Pretty convenient, but I'm still waiting on a response over a refund from a washing machine malfunction ...so I can't comment on customer service yet.

Buggy app! Will show only the washer or dryer in use 1 in 3 times. App fails to notify for all paid cycles.

This company sucks big, they started handling our apt buildings' community laundry room and their app and phone number do not work so if they put a busted machine that doesn't work, good luck ever getting service for it. It will happily accept more and more money from all the poor people in your community, but the company couldn't care less about you or your well-being. Our dryer has been broken for like 6 months, what are we paying for? There's no sign to tell you that its broken, I just made 1

Terrible Experience. You cannot even add more time to your Wash/Dry through this app. Better hope the machines you're using accept coins because that is the only way to increase time with this terribly formatted app.
