Awesome app to track the child location and provides peace of mind

Great app to interact with kids. Easy communication and location tracking. Works great!

The GPS accuracy seems okay. However, the app has some limitations which will be a deal-breaker for some. Only 1 account can link to the watch which also means only 1 person can exchange msgs with the watch. I wanted my son to be able to contact Mom AND Dad with the watch, but it's not possible. You can't delete msgs from the app or the watch. I tried requesting a data delete but 3 weeks later It's still there. It's confusing on the watch to see old messages will fill the memory up eventually.

Such a waste of time and money. Got the Watchmen through Sprint a year ago and have nothing but problems. No one at Sprint knows a thing about the product and come to find out it was discontinued at the beginning of May, and they didn't notify their customers 👎 the people involved in this whole product line should be ashamed.

Voice messages you send to your child shuffle play with mp3s! Cannot delete text or voice messages in app or on watch! Hard for kids to understand which texts are new from today or old from last week! Doesn't support 2 parents using it, only one supported. App developers unresponsive to emails and Sprint team is clueless. Son complains there is only 1 game. Also, unsure if notifications are reliable. Didn't get any yesterday!
