Water Guru is easy to use and provides very accurate readings when compared to the pool store water testing. Would be fantastic if it could measure Total Alkalinity as well. Customer support is fantastic as well with quick and relevant solutions!

Had issues adding a new cassette to my water guru, but customer support was excellent. Turns out the issue was my unit was broken and its warranty expired. Water guru honored the warranty and a new unit is being shipped to me.

Opened pool other day and put guru back in pool. I have time set for 2pm to test. It did not test water. I had to tell app to manually do a test at 730pm which it did. Not sure why it did not automatically test. Wi-Fi is connected. Also, app has a lot of words that overlap each other making it hard to read. Last 90% of time it tests I get low skimmer alert. Many others have mentioned this as well. My filter is on during test. Not much more I can do.

Sketchy app supporting an unreliable product. Customer support staff friendly but painfully slow and evidently managed by committe hiding behind Customer service tech.

I wanted to truly love this, but my sense1 worked much better. The measurements are consistently inaccurate. I now have to take my water to the pool store for testing. The new c5 cassette actually worked very nicely despite some of the negative reviews. Coincidentally, when I changed to c2, the problems started. But it can't be a bad cassette because it not detecting flow issues when they exist, nor giving an accurate pool temperature, either. I have it facing the correct direction. So sad.
