Great gyms 🏋️‍♂️. Great classes 🤼‍♀️. Swimming 🏊‍♀️. Loads to do for the whole family 💯👨‍👩‍👦‍👦. Great staff 💯. Great app for booking in advance & seeing how busy it is. The social distancing & cleaning of the leasure centers makes me feel safe to use them in this covid world💯😷✌

It's easy to use to book classes etc., however I don't like the waiting list, not very fair the way it's set up

Couldn't make a booking without creating an account. Once I've created the account, I've never received the email to finish the rest of the process. It means I can't make a booking and the staff can't book me in via the phone call either.

App needs a lot of work. It looks like someone's high school project. None of the basic information you would expect. No opening times for gym or building, only the pool, and it's only obvious once you click the link. There is so much content squeezed onto a single screen - it is horrible to use. No explanation as to what happens once you log in? Literally zero user design has been considered. Please fix all of it. Fast.
