It's a great transportation service, and it's rather cheaper than most service's, but more vans need to be available since this is a high demand service. I like it, but my only problem is that it takes literally an 1+ to book a seat hopefully in the near future something can be done about this. And also can the service be available on the weekends this is the only transportation service available other than uber and taxi's it should be available on the weekends as well.

Amazing price for this service. The only bad thing which I can't complain about the price is it takes around an hour to go a 20-min distance just because they pick up and drop of around 2 to 4 people otw to your location if you have to go far.

I happen to like WeGo quote a bit. I believe that they provide a legitimately valuable service to the community it serves and its members. I do have 2 issues. First the availability. It can take over an hour to book a ride. That's ridiculous. Trying to plan something is asinine because of how the rides are awarded. I think that if it's going to be like that then scheduled rides should be a service offered. This would ameliorate a lot of the logjam because if the rides are assigned via algorithm

This app is HORRIBLE. No point in scheduling pickup time because the app is EXTREMELY inaccurate. It told me to be at the pickup point in 19 min. 30 min later it was still saying 19 min and the map showed the shuttle sitting in the same spot as it was when I scheduled. I almost missed a drug screen for a job. I had to cancel and call an UBER!!!

App gets faulty often, jeopardizing ability to schedule rides. Please work harder on working out the kinks. Someone also needs to practice better schedule and pickup coordination with the goal of saving gas, time, and your drivers' efforts.

The app needs work it is supposed to give you a ride in the whole county which it does but if you aren't near the downtown of the city it's pretty impossible to set aside a seat for pickup. I work around 10 miles from the downtown when I need a ride at 7am I try the app to set aside a seat and the other day it took me till 9:30am to get a ride plus they only have around 6 vans for rides, so there's that. It's cheap but if you aren't downtown getting a ride is kinda impossible at certain times.

Can't get a ride when you need one. I had it scheduled with Dial-a-ride for them to come out on a regular schedule to pick up my handicap son and take him to work because he can't see well enough to drive, and he is not capable of using the Wego app, so I have to do it for him. Dial-a-ride was working out well for us, but now they switched over to this Wego system, and I'm finding out that Wego is a No-go. I have got to find him some better dependable transportation. Very disappointed 😞
