Easy to use and access a doctor right when I needed it. I work remotely, so it's important to be able to see a doctor without having to go into a care location. I was able to get treated and get the prescription I needed within minutes.

Well my insurance was union based, so I would say if you have good insurance they have a whole list. Also, you just take a picture of the front and back then they process it when you ask for a telehealth visit through a simple video call option which I think works the best instead of the text message/new conversation option. I have no idea how much they're charging for these things until I get the statement but my insurance paid for the medicine and consultation.

DO NOT USE THIS APP. This app will still charge you $25 out of pocket, it will not charge to your insurance. Complete waste of time.

Worst & unprofessional service ever! I subscribed to premium plan $150 per month, got misdiagnosed twice! Prescribed wrong medication twice! Had to go to the ER. On the phone with the customer service I stayed for over 20 min for the unprofessional agent just to know when is my next dou date! And for the cherry on top I got charged extra $359 for cancelling this unprofessional service, in total I wasted over $500. Stay away! S
