Found the app easy to use and the choice of exercises very good and easy to follow. As a person with mobility problems I have a bit of a struggle with the walking pace but just do what I can. I manage at least 3 different options every day and sometimes twice a day.

I like the eas of the workout it doesn't overdue it on the body and like how short the sessions are. Plus the walking, time I am done working around the house I usually have my steps 🚶‍♀️ in

I have really enjoyed having this app as the workouts are great, and they motivate me every day. There is also a good variation of workouts, so you can do something different each day.

Expensive and doesn't work. I installed this app and purchased a 3 mth subscription. It sporadically worked for a few days before it stopped connecting to my Galaxy watch completely and quit logging steps/exercise even when initiated directly through the app. I am on email number 8 with tech support, who replies every other day that it has been fixed and to reinstall the app, but so far nothing has changed. I'm 22 days into a 3-month subscription for something I was only able to use for 6 days.

Started a free trial and was double charged on the 1st day. 2 transactions of 25 dollars and change. Thankfully my bank flagged me immediately, and I canceled right away. I have no idea how the reviews are as high as they say, looking through them individually. Shady tactics for sure. My bank has this company on high alert as I haven't been the only one double charged or sometimes worse. Be sure to watch your bank account!

Wow. Really liked this app, and I would have paid a monthly subscription for it. Love the guided workouts. Worked great for the first month. The one star is because when I had a problem and had to email customer service/ technical support. They did not resolve the problem of the app and my Samsung watch showing loading. Then the emails just stopped . No further assistance. So I've cancelled. Wish I didn't have to.
