It's started working again on android 12. Had stopped on upgrade from 11, can't see any new releases of the app since, so not sure what has changed. But great to have it functional and able to use the vacuum again. The mapping is great, and ability to put in zones very useful.

Good cheap robot vacuum. 10 zones isn't enough, if you total clean it'll just go straight out your doors if you don't use 2 zones to exclude outside, then an additional one for your coffee table, or it'll get stuck under your table. That leaves 7 zones for your house which isn't really ideal. I've just excluded bedrooms and will manually vacuum. It's really good for a daily hallway and lounge clean

EDIT: still no fix in March (2+months) Useless. Originally we could not connect the vacuum using the Android app (Samsung) as it kept disconnecting at the end of the process and eventually had to connect it with my partners iPhone and transfer it over. Now the app won't even open, and a message comes up saying the app has a bug and to try and reinstall it after the developer comes out with a fix. Don't bother wasting your money if you have an Android device because the vacuum is useless to you.

Terrible app, incredibly difficult and frustrating to connect robot to Wi-Fi and often loses all stored map information. When ask Godfrey for help all they will say is "it should work" Would have brought another brand of vacuum had I known how bad the app is.
