This app is very slow. It takes forever to load up and half the time it wont even display your recent transactions. When it does show your transactions it wont show then from the last day or two, only from several days back.

Sign on language new change unable to log in mobile app with saved information. Do not like it.Prefer older app.I prefer paper statement for accountability and documentation for proof.This way invites cybercrime and banking/banker fraud. There are OTHER ways to SAFELY secure banking information for your Wesbanco account holders-"customers."As of 7/26/21 I saw one improvement.Mobile app banking for Android and iPhone still is full OF INACCURACIES and takes BETWEEN 48-72 HOURS to UPDATE. My balance is never accurate, which is a pretty big deal for a bank app! It usually takes DAYS for a transaction to show up and properly deduct. All other bank apps instantly adjust balance with card use, providing an accurate real-time balance, even if pending. I feel like I need to keep track on paper like it's my mother's old fashioned account from 1985. Defeats the point of having an app. Is it an unethical business ploy to try to get customers to overdraft? 🤔
