Month 1. Setting up acct had errors that caused you to not be able to enter email which allowed you to partially set up your acct.but to finish setting up or to edit your acct it required you enter your email...which you couldn't do.because it wouldn't let you enter it. Had to go to local branch to fix and make first payment with check. Month 2. Worked fine month 3. Website bugged again. can't access external transfer through app. Browser falsely says session timed out. Have to go to branch.

WORST MOBILE BANKING APP EVER!!! Widget is also the worst credit union I have ever used in my life. The Mobile App crashes all the time, I can't do all my banking needs. It sucks period!

Decided it doesn't want to cooperate with me on the mobile deposit after I've already checked the box for mobile deposit only on the back of my paycheck. Never had this issue before.
