Updated - App is smoothe and seamless once its approved, and you verify your details over the phone on first use. Original - I signed up, and the app only shows my profile. I had to go dig about to discover that, it was a result of pending approval. It would be nice if you could have a Prominent notice saying "Pending Approval". I almost ditched this app before even getting started. May review again when I get actual access. So far, I'm annoyed.

So far, this app hasn't been working well for me at all. 1st transaction wouldn't go through, and I had to go into moneygram to get it fixed. 2nd transaction on hold for whatever reason, and I had to physically come into moneygram again to get it situated. Been waiting over an hour now with them trying to fix it. Best I just collect in cash in person. Also, the messages in blue disappear too quickly. Maybe there should be a place to view them properly.

Still cannot send money to Venezuela. The application is now duplicating the recipients. How do I remove the duplicates? The tax ID in Venezuela requires a letter at the beginning. Also, when it duplicates the recipients, I cannot select a bank account.

This app is the worst. First time I use it I had no problem, now almost a whole week nw I waiting for my money and everyday all I hearing is tomorrow and costumer service is so poor they vex because I am asking about my money don't use this app
