Waste of time employees don't know how to use the app or about rewards I got am email for a free sundae or corn dog for my birthday I go and me and my boyfriend ordered food and I wanted to claim my reward go figure the girl shrugs her shoulders and says she doesn't know what she's doing (didn't even seem like she knew there was an app) I told her can you at least try she didn't even bother so I was irritated at that point like don't promote the app if your employees aren't trained at all on how to use it train your employees first cus the app is useless now Oh well.

Pointless I'm with everyone else... No one at the store knows anything about how to use the app! I check in, get some code and the manager has no idea what to do with it. All you need to do is have it set up to check in and get points for each visit, not per dollar. Or just have a bar code to scan. I've missed out on dozens of points bc no one can use it. :/
