Very useful but the trip planner doesn't seem to use actual data. So your planned leaving times and actual leaving times may differ by a few minutes.

Better than Maps when it comes to Vienna’s public transport. I wish there were an integrated map for bike lanes that aren’t directly on the street, because Maps sometimes routes you onto the road even when there are better alternatives.

I never bother to rate apps, but this one deserves a much higher rating. The route finding element of this is the best I've ever used. No bugs over three weeks of use. Sounds like the only potential problem is if you're trying to buy a single ticket immediately before getting on.

The app is extremely frustrating to use. It is not possible to purchase tickets without registration, which would be fine—except the registration process repeatedly fails. I tried multiple times and was unable to create an account, making it impossible to buy a ticket through the app. This makes the app completely unreliable, especially when you need a quick and simple way to purchase a ticket. Very disappointing.

Requires creating an account to buy a ticket which is completely unnecessary (I don't need an account to buy a ticket in tram or on the station). When requesting to delete my account, page hangs at "We are checking if your linked partners allow the deletion of your account"

The payment process is just a comedy of errors, im not able to purchase any ticket for a while now. First it just looped between select payment and the checkout bin, but now I can't even enter my credit card info because my name contains an ö. I can't insert any umlaut (it used to work). If I use "oe" the card obviously gets declined by the bank. But hey, it's not like vienna is in a german speaking country, so guess having an umlaut in your name is a fringe case
