My one, big complaint is that it needs a calendar. I often forget to record whole days, or even single exercises. I would like to be able to go back and correct additions and negations. Other than that, nothing big. It helps me keep pushing forward, reminds me how exercises should work, and guilty me that me PT is watching my progress. It's great!
