Great update! I work with several utility companies, with the old Mobile 911 app if someone got a new phone I had to program in the Device ID. No longer! We just sign in with the account, done! Has nice chat features with the alarms too.

Not a very reliable source for your alarm system. Every time there's a Windows update we have problems with the app. Then there's the connection to... notifications. There's no way to control that notification, and it notifies every device that is connected to your system at the same time regardless of the call-out tree. We get connection to... alarms at least once a week sometimes multiple times a day! I recommend a phone call alarm for backup!

Does not work with Android devices. They claim it's due to battery optimization, however even after shutting off battery optimization on my device, I still am unable to get push notifications
