I've actually been with them since July 2023, and I always had good service with them, I pay the 250gb for 97.99, but recently I haven't been able to use data for a whole month probably cs I paid it late IDK, but it's annoying, and then I had to change my number on the app because they wouldn't answer my call, so I made a different number and ever since they been answering

Do not use this internet service! I have NEVER had as many issues with an internet service as I did with earthling. I was paying almost $100 a month to literally have good internet for maybe a week, then after that the internet was barley existent. They proceeded to tell me they were going to disconnect my service because of excessive usage. I paid my bill every month on time, and it's not my job to make sure it didn't go past my data I was supposed to have. There's so much more don't use them!
