This thing is legit. I connected some Platin 5.1 speakers, and they fired right up. Just make sure to set your tv to send all audio out via earc. Also, in your tv and/or streamer settings, make sure your audio format output is set to always use dolby or HDR. I use an Amazon cube and PS5. Both provide surround sound with zero issues. I recently added another sub, and it picked up just fine. App even let me set the subs as R & L channel help.

We can't get the app to work. It won't even recognize when I have Bluetooth off on my phone half the time. This app is so outdated it won't even download on my husband's pixel phone. The hardware has no problem connecting to either phone by Bluetooth... so it's all the apps fault. And we've tried every trick multiple times over two days since the sound system came in. Not happy.

This app assumes you only have one Sound send device. So, you're 'capped'. I wish I knew before I bought 3.

Disgusted! Can't connect through this app. I was able to connect the first few times, but no more. I might take the device out and shoot it with my .50 cal. If you can't adjust the settings on the thing, the $700 speaker set is worthless! I Tried using the trick one user mentioned (starting the app w/ Bluetooth off & letting the app start Bluetooth), restarted phone, restarted WISA device, tried my wife's phone, uninstalled/reinstalled, all to no avail. All that's left is to shoot it.
