I wish I did not have to go into Walmart to do any kind of banking but ither than that this has been the best bank I have had. Friendly staff an always helpful. My checks come in early. That's the best part. My other banks said but even when people got paid early on holidays it was never with my bank.

I hope a developer reads this: Ever since the Biometrics fingerprint password option was added to this app, getting into my account has been insufferable. When I choose the 'skip' option, as I do not wish to use fingerprint passwords, the app says my password is incorrect, it will not let me pass this screen, then I am blocked from trying to log in for 15 minutes. I refuse to use a fingerprint for password and this app seems to force its customers to do so.

This bank has been awful. Local branch is frequently closed when it's supposed to be open, or open, but they can't do anything when you go (what's even the point of being open then??) and now, the app and even the website won't allow me to log in a see my account balances or transactions. The last deposit I made in my local branch didn't even show up in my account and I had to call them to figure out why after I'd gotten home and tried to pay a bill, and it kept rejecting it. Worst bank ever.

I went through a lot to access my brother's account after he was crushed and lost his legs. I am his financial power of attorney. I gave proof of POA & ID. It was approved a week in. His debit card keeps getting locked. He calls me for help. He is out of town in a hotel because his bathroom is being modified for wheelchair accessibility. I tried to call and see why his card keeps being locked. They wouldn't speak to me. Everything is hard for him now. He is switching banks, I will help him.

I love my loc branch everyone is friendly and helpful and very professional! But.... app is the worst bank app I ever used! Lacks a lot of simple features that other bank apps have. It is useless. After hrs, I need help and information, I can't get help, that I can on other bank app that I can take care on other banks apps. If it would be for the good staff at my local branch location and hours. I went bank at Wood forest!
