I wish I did not have to go into Walmart to do any kind of banking but ither than that this has been the best bank I have had. Friendly staff an always helpful. My checks come in early. That's the best part. My other banks said but even when people got paid early on holidays it was never with my bank.
Wood forest is a great Bank very easy to work with you're all very polite and helpful they don't eat you up with fees!

I don't feel like this is the best bank for me!!! I would check fees, and charges before committing. They never call back either, still awaiting callback from local branch, 2 weeks ago!!!

I went through a lot to access my brother's account after he was crushed and lost his legs. I am his financial power of attorney. I gave proof of POA & ID. It was approved a week in. His debit card keeps getting locked. He calls me for help. He is out of town in a hotel because his bathroom is being modified for wheelchair accessibility. I tried to call and see why his card keeps being locked. They wouldn't speak to me. Everything is hard for him now. He is switching banks, I will help him.

Every time I try to do a mobile deposit it kicks me to the log in menu. It has been updated. Ive cleared the data and cache. Im over it. Im about done banking with wood forest. I try calling and they never answer. I leave a message they never call back. I got charges $10 because they sent me misc. Mail i didn't ask for, and it got "returned to sender" and I got charged $10 my account goes under $100 or 2 days, and I get a $10 charge. Low on funds for a week. Let's charge you $10 b s.
