A very efficient app. They can maybe add a reminder like an alarm and maybe suggest what's the best time for activity. They can be interactive a bit more with the weigh, giving more spur. By the way very excellent exercises for the weigh losing.

The integration with Google Fit doesn't work, just open the Google Fit page at the Google Play Store. I would like sound instructions on the workouts.

Biggest waste of time. Long, tedious, intrusive setup and registration, followed by a pay to subscribe screen. They ask for everything personal and begin sending you emails before telling you that you have to pay. Yes, it is one of those workout apps.
