I got the 2WD 1/2 acre in June. The app and robot worked great however in the last firmware and app update the robot has apparently become OCD. I watched it drive in circles for 40 mins before it got back to where it was mowing before the last charge. In one zone that usually takes 1.5 days to mow, took 2 full days to mow only 75% of it because it kept going back to previous area. I was going to just send this comment along with a suggestion to Worx, but they have removed the contact us form.

Easy to use and alerts you if there is a problem with the mower. You can manage your mower from a distance or the house.

Ok but needs improvement. Need the ability to color code zones to be able to delineate where one zone starts and another one ends. Would like the ability to disable the pin temporarily in order to hot swap batteries. Also need better control over the battery. I upgraded to a 8ah battery, and it seems to die just as fast as the 4ah battery. I'm sure it could be a software/app update that can fix this issue. We need the ability to quickly swap batteries as well as get the full capacity of a battery

I don't often take the time to make a review but the UI and the app are just the worst. Apart from the 90s design the functionality and robot setup is just terrible. The screenshots here doesn't even represent the actual app.

App is useless since last update. Mower won't stay connected to Wi-Fi, cant connect to Bluetooth. When I finally manage to connect it, it won't use the auto mow setting. App now keeps crashing. What a waste, you've ruined what was an ok mower!

Worx android lawn mower is the worst product I have in my house. the can't find wire missing error is ridiculous. This thing takes days out of your life to work for a week! Shame on the engineering people who designed it

Crashes every time I measure the yard, stopped sending notifications for no reason (no settings changed anywhere) and nothing fixes it. The mower is great, the app is garbage.
