Better than Husqvarna. I’m surprised by the negative reviews. There is some latency, but that is normal for any wireless connected device. Otherwise, the app works well, offers plenty of settings, and has a clean, simple UI. Unlike Husqvarna, most settings do not require Bluetooth. Cutting height is shown clearly in millimeters rather than on a vague proprietary scale. Press mow, and it starts, instead of waiting until the battery reaches 100%. Party Mode could use an in-app explanation.

I got the 2WD 1/2 acre in June. The app and robot worked great however in the last firmware and app update the robot has apparently become OCD. I watched it drive in circles for 40 mins before it got back to where it was mowing before the last charge. In one zone that usually takes 1.5 days to mow, took 2 full days to mow only 75% of it because it kept going back to previous area. I was going to just send this comment along with a suggestion to Worx, but they have removed the contact us form.

The app & mower are fantastic. HOWEVER, the German language instructions were more accurate than the English Instructions. Fortunately my wife is German, and between both instructions we could get the system to work. WORX really needs to rewrite the instructions with graphics. Once it is configured, both mower and App are AMAZING.

No notifications in the latest app versions. I am reverting to a Jun-2025 version (3.0). Enshitification is also a part of the Worx experience :(

I don't often take the time to make a review but the UI and the app are just the worst. Apart from the 90s design the functionality and robot setup is just terrible. The screenshots here doesn't even represent the actual app.

After this update no android can be added to app. Even it is online on my network. Is it issue with apo or cloud. Support is not answering...

App is useless since last update. Mower won't stay connected to Wi-Fi, cant connect to Bluetooth. When I finally manage to connect it, it won't use the auto mow setting. App now keeps crashing. What a waste, you've ruined what was an ok mower!
