I got the 2WD 1/2 acre in June. The app and robot worked great however in the last firmware and app update the robot has apparently become OCD. I watched it drive in circles for 40 mins before it got back to where it was mowing before the last charge. In one zone that usually takes 1.5 days to mow, took 2 full days to mow only 75% of it because it kept going back to previous area. I was going to just send this comment along with a suggestion to Worx, but they have removed the contact us form.

Better than Husqvarna. I’m surprised by the negative reviews. There is some latency, but that is normal for any wireless connected device. Otherwise, the app works well, offers plenty of settings, and has a clean, simple UI. Unlike Husqvarna, most settings do not require Bluetooth. Cutting height is shown clearly in millimeters rather than on a vague proprietary scale. Press mow, and it starts, instead of waiting until the battery reaches 100%. Party Mode could use an in-app explanation.

The app & mower are fantastic. HOWEVER, the German language instructions were more accurate than the English Instructions. Fortunately my wife is German, and between both instructions we could get the system to work. WORX really needs to rewrite the instructions with graphics. Once it is configured, both mower and App are AMAZING.

No longer sends out notifications. For example, if your mower goes outside the boundary wire you no longer receive a notification

App is useless since last update. Mower won't stay connected to Wi-Fi, cant connect to Bluetooth. When I finally manage to connect it, it won't use the auto mow setting. App now keeps crashing. What a waste, you've ruined what was an ok mower!

Heard it was bad but thought it was user error or outdated comments but nope. Poor experience here, constant connectivity issues that force me to go out each time to the mower to connect. I'm glad I got this on sale, if playing more than $500 I would expect way better than what Worx did with this app. Expectations not met with the app or with the Android. Highly unlikely to ever get a Worx Android and largely due to the app.
