The app does it job, but it feels so clunky and frustrating at times - the most frequent issue I'm having is related to connectivity. I get notification about an event, go to the app, and it persistently reports that there was a connection error - so how did I get the update about the event in the first place? When it works it's meh, when it doesn't, it's just a let-down. There's certainly a potential there to make the app shine with added external automation.

I think the app works well. Very basic, nothing of value added to the app since I started using it in 2020. Biggest improvement for me would be to add a skip mowing on the schedule. Like if I know it will be a bad weather day and just want to skip Sun's mowing. Now I have to turn off that day, then remember to re-enter all the info afterward. Also, it would be nice if Zosma (Empire) and Centipede were listed grasses.

Worx android lawn mower is the worst product I have in my house. the can't find wire missing error is ridiculous. This thing takes days out of your life to work for a week! Shame on the engineering people who designed it

No notifications in the latest app versions. I am reverting to a Jun-2025 version (3.0). Enshitification is also a part of the Worx experience :(

App is useless since last update. Mower won't stay connected to Wi-Fi, cant connect to Bluetooth. When I finally manage to connect it, it won't use the auto mow setting. App now keeps crashing. What a waste, you've ruined what was an ok mower!
