Can't log in, screen either flashes or doesn't load. Keeps showing 'your session has expired' message remains even after the app is closed. Occasionally works. Have updated app and no luck. I need to use this app for child care, please help.

My xap is not working from last three - four days. Every time I try to open the app it's say your session expired. I have already uninstalled and install the app couple of times, but it keeps showing that error.

Nothing but hassles with it since I installed it about 5 years ago. If it's not an error message, it's photos not uploading, or the observations. The only way I have ever been able to do anything other than see what my kid's have eaten, when they've had a changed nappy and a sleep, and when they've been signed in and out, is through the website. And now, I don't even get notifications when they're signed in and out. It is a ridiculous app! Wish the childcare center used something more reliable!
