★★★★★ It was incredibly happy what this app until I found out they were are closing this digital bank. And now I have to transfer all my funds to another service.

★★★★★ Please add Edit option to change Address in the app. I can set manual address in other neobank account. You can't expect Ninja to live forever at the same address, right ;-) ? Add feature like Virtual card number, so people can shop online without worry by using virtual card number (different from default card, even better with card number that always change). Also add option for 2FA with Google authenticator for login. Better security than using sms for example.

When I received my card in the mail the presentation and the little cool bonuses that came with the card was awesome! So small but makes a massive difference, you definitely know this bank is for the people unlike some other banks out there. So impressed far! Looking forward to seeing this bank grow. Thank you, Ninja Bank!

★★☆☆☆ I have $240,000 In Ninja. Do you think I can log in to even look at my account? Nope. Every time it takes me down the email verification path, which puts me in this endless loop to chat, etc. Such a time waster. Yes I have reinstalled, followed Ninja specialist instructions, done the lot. I give up again. You really need to fast track a PC app which is much simpler for older folk. I expect my money is still there. I would just like to check interest from time to time. Good luck to Ninja.

★★☆☆☆ Nice layout but for some reason this app has real issues with logging in/out. Need to regularly verify sign in via email every time you try and log in to the app.

★★☆☆☆ Not opening new stash accounts for customers to cut costs, not hiring enough staff to service growing customer demands. Limited functionality and not providing Oslo, bPay, or PayID is a showstopper. App is buggy and really unreliable. Product launched very prematurely. Discussing their rollout strategies with customer support, it's no wonder there are so many system issues. UP mobile bank is still the best by far, followed by 86400. Ninja is just playing catch up, and struggling at that.
