★★★★★ Haven't experienced much trouble using the app its perfect and simple to use also if you have a problem when using it the Customer care services are almost 24/7 your issue will be resolved.

★★★★★ The app doesn't allow customer to download his payment receipt (proof of his payment) please see through

★★★★★ The App is simple to use and seamless when it comes to online payments for purchase of power Units. My problem is, the app does not have Transaction history, or a reference by which a customer can re-download his receipt days after the transaction is closed. I think this need to be incorporated, because sometimes just email is not sufficient to validate e-token units and the price. I hope to see this feature soon please.

★★☆☆☆ This app is the poorest app I've used in my life!!! It doesn't even look like you are using an app, it looks like you are on a web browser. You guys don't even bother to update the app. I tried to buy units, after making a transfer to the account, my token was not generated. I went to transaction history and click on get value, nothing happened again and the transaction history disappeared. You guys need to work on this app asap. I tried to lay my complaints and its say invalid meter no. Lol.
