I'd recommend everyone who's having trouble paying the bills to properly uninstall the app--> Settings--> Apps--> Yet tel. If you're able to stop it, force stop it first. If not, go right away look for storage, tap on it and clear all data not just the cache, then remove app and reinstall it. The app will properly work again 99.99%. Make sure Android System Web view from Google is up-to-date.

The new update blocked my account and does not let me do anything with the sms code. This made me to remove the app maybe even switch providers as well. Not a good update.

The new app it is very bad. It's super hard to find a simple and basic thing like buy more data for prepay data. Also, it's slow. If you are choosing a company based on app, this is not the one.

This app is horrible, you can barely reach customer service. First, you are put through a long hell of waiting for a bot to attempt to collect your data after calling their number, and then it saying that it failed and then the actual agents are rude and cut you off if you try to tell them that the app is not working. In addition, the customer service chat in the application also doesn't work.
