Worst mobile application I've ever used. The data is not synch on real time basis. You never know when the app will route you to the web view which is the most annoying. It is not optimised at all. There are always lags in while using and checking for remaining data or credit or minutes. Yet tel should work on it.

Even after changing to English language, most of the texts continue in English. It's not possible to access the app to ta pup or buy more mobile data if you do not have any mobile data anymore.

Unclear, slow and logs you out all the time. It seems like it has a lot of bugs which weren't properly tested for. I'm not an IT guy, so obviously I can't list the technical issues, but from a user perspective, it's not great.
