How to register Registration is simple. Get started by downloading the app to your phone.
You have three ways to register: - Using your internet banking log-in details - Using your telephone banking details - Using your personal details and your debit or credit card. This option is not available for business customers
Once successfully registered you can use the mobile app immediately.

Awful. New debit card is virgin money. I asked them to change it since I am not a 10 years old to have a money card and red.... came back exactly the same. The app is not working anymore and I can't check anything. Such a disappointment

Had an experience just now where it said 560, ordered a takeaway, and it jumped to 480 in the account. The delay between purchases is the most appalling I've ever had with an app, and when I made a complaint a while ago about this topic got a letter saying no grounds, and everything is right, in that the purchases have to be approved by the seller. What a load of tosh. What is the point of the app, if its not showing purchases? Do you expect us to count every pound spent? Wouldnt recommend YB.

I have a personal virgin account and now the two apps don't know how to handle my 2 accounts. Utter poo the IT people at Virgin should be shot. I've had to move my business account to HSBC (excellent and cheaper) just to stop having to log into my personal account to allow payments from a business account.
