Great experience, was a little skeptical as I am with all new ways of paying online but gotta pay has been the easiest and most hassle-free. Setup and payment was extremely fast, and it wasn't until I got my items from the small business, I was finally satisfied that the service was amazing. Having such a fast experience isn't a common thing these days with all the scamming and online security. Highly recommended, it also gives transaction history with simplified and easy access.

Very annoying and frustrating overall, I'm afraid. Installed the app on my phone, but caught in a 'doom loop' as follows :- "Error during request. Something went wrong! Please report this error." Then pressed 'OK' button, same again. Given that there appears to be no way of contacting anyone at Gotta Pay, I have to say it's a poor show all round.

Granted access to my bank and app just sends me back to the "choose bank" screen over and over so can't use it unfortunately
