Very poor, many important features missing in comparison to previous app. 1 location tracking of service engineer. 2 If more than a day complaint not resolved was able to reclaim 1 day using previous version. 3. if no connection available I was able to register complaint through SMS. These are main useful features missing in new app. Not at all customers centric app. Colors don't give satisfaction, easy use and features give.

You broadband not interested in customer care at all. They don't listen to complains. Minimum 4-5 or more to resolve a complaint. Jio was much, much better as not a single complain I had to register in a Year. Learn from it.
