I think this app was made by kids as an assignment for school; "how to piss off customers that pay through their noses for subpar service". Also after renting a movie, I found out you can't adjust size or style of the subtitles, so that meant watching a movie with half the screen blocked by black backdrop with big white fonts. Very amateurish indeed. You wonder where all that money goes to, not to finding competent devs that's for sure. Jokes on them, i going to switch back to kpn.

It's counterintuitive in terms of UI, which even wouldn't be that big of a problem. That said, I have subscribed to Ziggy for the sports package exclusively because of MotoGP and the possibility of switching commentary (audio) on English. Two stars because option does nothing. The option does not do anything. It's not okay to advertise it, implement it (UI), and then users can't use it because it does nothing.

Unable to use password manager or predictive text. Login in to apps this way should be punishable.

Casting to the TV during live sports, and it just randomly stops casting with an error not once but four times within an hour. Useless.
