Installed it on my phone, logged in, and I get an ad for Ziggy. Menu doesn't work and neither does anything else. Useless

It says it found an infection...what infection, what is called, is it a worm, trojan, jimmy hoffa? Nope nothing else, no extra info. If there is a way to get discount for my subscription by passing up this "av solution", please let me know. Because my 5-year-old can put together a better looking av app than this sorry mess.
