Absolutely a fantastic App and has worked properly for me. Without a need for guide on how to use the app, anyone can simply install and use it as far as you are customer to UPC. I created accounts for my family and works fine too after guiding to register properly. Looking at the reviews, I have seen too many negative rating, and I think any of them can get in touch with me for a guide, they must be doing something very incorrectly. App is simple to install, simple to set up and simple to use.

Wi-Fi works but app doesn't recognize Connect box, extender or other devices on home network. App useless. Sunrise support also useless. Previously worked before UPC switched my service to Sunrise. No longer any Wi-free option.

I cannot log in to the app, after password resets, uninstalling and reinstalling, cleaning cache and updating. For several weeks now. The error only says 'Oops something went wrong'. Not very helpful. Same problem on android phone and iPad. I can log in fine in the UPC website, so I can only think this is a serious problem with the app! I want to boost Wi-Fi in my apartment and this is only possible through the app...

Cannot connect to my account, after multiple password resets. Doesn't work at all, just like any other UPC product (Wi-Fi, tv, etc....).
