This app painfully shows the very low upload speeds that Ziggy members get and are complaining about to this day. Ziggy offers only a 100 Mbit maximum upload speed for their fastest Elite subscription (that I have). I do indeed reach 100 Mbit but that is just too slow! We need at least a 400 Mbit upload speed because working from home and on the road and uploading files and collaborating on-line with colleagues is a pain! Will Ziggy offer much higher upload speeds soon? It's 2025!

Unresponsive. Lack of options. Rather install my own router and use that. Too bad Ziggy has a monopoly on the internet here...

Your pod+app is really bad. I can't believe I pay for this nonsense. It assumes owning a smartphone to make the pod work, the app even lacks return buttons and fails to deliver its core product, connectivity. My local Karwei has better Wi-Fi products that synchronize pod with main Wi-Fi using a brand-new fail-safe technology: A CABLE.

Great if you have no idea what you're doing. Horrible if you want any degree of control over your Wi-Fi and diagnostics. It's the Temu of Wi-Fi managers. Even logging in from your modem for more granular control doesn't help you manage the Wi-Fi boosters that Ziggy employees send you claiming they were the best on the market for your modem. And instead of actually helping, they send you to post in a forum where your feedback can get lost in a thread nobody watches.

App freezes a LOT while trying to pause devices from the Wi-Fi. It does not work as easily as they would have you believe.

No English, only Dutch. But the app is useless anyway: if you have problems with Ziggy Wi-Fi it doesn't help at all.

Glitches when pausing to play. When I paused a profile it works okay, but if I hit start, it shows as playing but on the device It's still paused. If I restart. The app then I see the true status as paused.
