This app painfully shows the very low upload speeds that Ziggy members get and are complaining about to this day. Ziggy offers only a 100 Mbit maximum upload speed for their fastest Elite subscription (that I have). I do indeed reach 100 Mbit but that is just too slow! We need at least a 400 Mbit upload speed because working from home and on the road and uploading files and collaborating on-line with colleagues is a pain! Will Ziggy offer much higher upload speeds soon? It's 2025!

No English, only Dutch. But the app is useless anyway: if you have problems with Ziggy Wi-Fi it doesn't help at all.

Sucks wish I could just configure it all in the modem/router in advanced setting, but I guess for dumb/no tech nerd ppl it's a good app

Your app and service remains really bad. No option to enlist devices or profiles, still no back button, still doesn't work with the pod that it actually does see, still finds multiple devices on the Wi-Fi that aren't there, and worst of all, sabotages connections with devices unless you use the app. Wi-Fi guarantee! Right!
