I was happy using Zip, so it's disappointing to see the company leave the New Zealand market. This means I'll have to find another payment option, and not all retailers support the alternatives. I wish Zip had continued operating here. Not happy...

Was great And sadly Zip NZ is Leaving New Zealand Soon in August 2026, and it's time to under installation Zip Payment Plan and Delete your Login data as ZIP NZ will automatically remove the account in August for NZers as Service would be Set To $0.00 soon, and you will not be able to Payment Plan before and After Soon ready for August Closer of ZIP New Zealand, and Thanks Zip for the Payments Plan over 4 Pays for HP and others of the Service to pay off them.

Constantly getting locked out of app had 3 or 4 times when I was locked out for so long I ended up having to pay late fees that I should have had to, if I was able to get into the app I could have laid them on time, tried to get help with it, but you end up talking to the robot that has about 3 responses. Not happy at all, gone from a 5 star to a 1 star really quick.
