Everything important at Zoo Zurich in your pocket: buy a zoo ticket and scan it at the entrance directly from the Zoo app. The app shows you which animals are at home where, when there are animal presentations and feedings and where restaurants, playgrounds and toilets are located. You can find information about every animal in the zoo and create a list of your favourite animals. The Zoo Quiz sends you on a scavenger hunt, letting you get to know Zoo Zurich's animals and conservation projects better.

1) the experience of buying tickets needs improving: couldn't autofill the credit card like in any other app, and after buying tickets didn't appear for a couple of minutes leaving me wondering what happened. 2) it needs an internet connection for the map of the zoo: in one point the phone had no signal, and I couldn't use the map. Cache it locally or embed it in the app. It's not the whole world, it's just one zoo! 3) on my high-end phone this is the only laggy app. The zoo: 8⭐/5.excellent.

Ridiculous app. I tried to purchase two tickets, went to the final steps, confirmed the purchase via my credit card app. Went back to the app and nothing happened. No tickets shown. No explanation.

Bought a ticket twice without getting any ticket at all. After credit card info is shared from my Google account I send back to the home menu :(
