Getting my medications from Zoom is gre at and using the ap reminds me when to take my medications

It is great that it gets delivered & The customer service is fantastic. However, takes quite awhile for them to process the prescription & get it out to you. Also, I'd really like to turn off the medicine reminders, they're quite annoying lol

I've only just signed up with Zoom Pharmacy, but I am a big fan so far. They gave me a call before sending out my medicines, to make sure they had everything right, and the delivery arrived the next day. The sachets are really convenient, plus the automatic repeats. Amazing for a free service, highly recommended.

Was told at local pharmacy my meds were out of stock, Zoom Pharmacy app provided perfect solution, quick easy service, allowing me to get my medicine regardless! Saved me from a two-week wait! Innovative and modern way to get your doctors scripts. Will be sticking with this app!

App won't install, so I have no idea about my scripts.

The app works fine, but the company is trash. No communication about your order. Of one item isn't in stock you get no information, and they delay the whole order. This happened multiple times, and on the last occasion the person on the other end blamed me staying that I should have ordered earlier, I had ordered more that a week earlier. No more. Do not order from these people.

Made a complaint today. The worst service ever. Excuses after excuses. Medication not labeled. Medication with wrong instructions. Hidden delivery costs with no warning. Absolute scam!
